Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and final selection of candidates.
• Support employee onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster compliance and promote best practices.
• Conduct performance management processes, including organizing reviews and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
• Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and personal development opportunities.
