Responsible for the sufficiency and workforce recruitment, managing every aspect of the employment process of the company. Involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, maintaining our employee database, posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between company and employees and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

  1. Create plans and strategies for manpower sourcing of the company.
  2. Administer interviews of candidates and screening of applicants and ensure that all proper procedures are implemented.
  3. Ensure the complete pre-employment requirements prior to on-boarding and providing systematic recruitment process.
  4. Ensure the sufficiency of manpower of management owned shops.
  5. Ensure compliance with government and labor reportorial requirements and regulations.
  6. Ensure the employees safety working environment in adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
  7. Assist in maintenance and update employee's records.
  8. Assist day to day operations of the Human Resource functions and duties.
  9. Issuance of disciplinary actions and memorandum to employees.
