Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist

• Handle recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Support HR operations and admin tasks
• Prepare HR reports and manage employee data
