Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years experience as an HR Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist in organizing training and development initiatives
• Support employee engagement and retention strategies
• Participate in audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date
