Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 2-3 years of HR experience in Food and Beverages/ Restaurant Industry
• Knowledgeable in handling recruitment for multiple branches
• Knowledgeable in DOLE labor laws
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading full-cycle of recruitment for store and kitchen position.
• Conduct orientation and training for new hires
• Handling and processing DOLE- related documentation
• Manage files, contracts and other HR records
• Assist in creating HR systems and evaluation tools
