• Will handle all HR Facets or concerns;

 (Payroll, compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction, Labor Laws and Legal compliance).

• Manage safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations.
• Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arise.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Management.

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
• Minimum of three years experience in handling payroll, compensation and benefits, and hiring.
• Must have a background Industrial, Manufacturing, or Logistics company
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws.
