We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all HR-related functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Assisting in the planning and execution of training and development programs for our employees
• Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address any HR-related challenges or opportunities
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring the integrity of our HR information systems

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
