Qualification and Requirements:

HR Manager Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision and mission.

* English Speaking. Minimum 3 years experienced as HR Manager

* Actively conduct the recruitment and selection process, including job needs analysis, job posting preparation, interviewing, and job offering.

* Create, update, and implement company SOPs to ensure smooth and effective HR operational processes.

* Design and execute employee training and development programs to enhance competencies and improve performance.

* Develop HR regulations, guidelines, and policies that comply with the Manpower Law and other applicable labor regulations.

* Build an effective and objective performance management system.

* Handle industrial relations matters and maintain harmonious communication between employees and management.

* Provide strategic advice to management regarding HR policies and organizational development.

* Manage HR administration and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.

Basic Salary Range 10 - 13 Mio (Negotiable)
