• Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluation, and interviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• With experience as HR Manager
• 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions with minimal supervision
