Position: Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager

Salary Offer: Php 60,000 – Php75,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance monitoring, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Demonstrate strong competencies in planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and control
• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning
• Lead, coach, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course
• At least seven (7) years of managerial experience in HR and Administration
• With experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
• Experience in ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage
• Willing to attend interviews as required
• Can start immediately or as soon as possible
