Position: HR Manager (Batangas)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and other personnel documents in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Apply competencies in planning, organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and controlling.
• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course.
• Minimum of 7 years managerial experience in HR.
• Experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
• Knowledge or experience with ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications related to HR operations is a plus.
• Amenable to attend interviews and can start as soon as possible.
