• Handles recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and other HR functions.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handles performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS or other systems.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to inform management decision-making.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR general functions.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.

Skills:

• Good understanding of HR rules and laws.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to solve problems and handle conflicts.
• Familiar with HRIS.
