- Assist in the establishment of a new company, including initial business license applications and recruitment; later, formulate, implement, and summarize the company’s HR and administrative monthly, weekly, and annual work goals and plans.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s human resources management policies, including recruitment planning, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.
- Build a talent pipeline and be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding of employees.
- Handle internal personnel transfers, appointments and dismissals, and recruitment procedures as required.
- Oversee daily management of the department and coordinate routine matters across other departments
Gereklilik
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
- In-depth understanding of all HR functions and ability to guide each module effectively.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and social security systems to ensure the company remains compliant with legal standards.
- Strategic and tactical thinker with the ability to build and integrate diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proven leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Proficiency in Malay is a plus.
