With a focus on compliance and best practices, you will help develop training programs, performance management systems, and employee relations strategies that promote overall productivity and satisfaction.   • Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices.
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
