Hiring post: HR Manager for US Accounting Firm

Hours: 4 hours daily (1 AM - 4 AM)

Rate: P25,000-P30,000

Our client is Southern California’s largest accounting agency serving nonprofits exclusively. As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Payroll/HR Manager to oversee HR and payroll functions for the firm and select clients.

About the Role:

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, vacation and sick pay, and retirement contributions. You’ll lead internal HR/payroll operations and support client organizations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, and benefits
• Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records
• Guide performance evaluations, employee relations, and legal compliance
• Manage payroll systems and related processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with payroll platforms (ADP, Paychex, Telepayroll preferred)
• Background in HR for U.S.-based organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or accounting preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Payroll Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for internal staff and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review timesheets, approve payroll changes, and maintain up-to-date records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related inquiries
• Oversee workers’ comp and personnel audits
• Maintain confidentiality and update payroll policies as needed
