Position Overview:

The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic leader responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, a passion for people development, and a strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership. The HRBP Director will partner closely with specific business units to provide expert HR advice and support, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnership:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders on a range of HR issues, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance counseling, and investigations.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

 Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement change management initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Drive process improvement and automation to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including a significant portion in HRBP roles.
  • Experienced HR leader in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and has a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A passion for people development and a commitment to creating a positive work culture.
  • Amenable to work on-site in BGC and support another site in Alabang observing midshift schedule
  • Preferably someone who can start immediately, not required
