QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any social-science related course.
• At least Two (2) years experience handling employee benefits HR facet.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible in ensuring the government statutory benefits of employees (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH).
• Ensures employees' awareness for the government statutory policies, guidelines and procedures during availment.
• Facilitates in discrepancy alignment for related concerns regarding statutory benefits.
• Facilitates company-initiated benefits for employees.
