• Provide support to the HR Department as a person In-charge at the project site to receive and assist workers and staff in all matters related to Human Resource and Admin concern.
• Has the ability to apprehend violators, make reports, and provide sanction for less grave offenses in accordance with the company code of conduct.
• Provide assistance to the recruitment by screening applicants, ensuring the completion of pre-employment requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of any HR related program or any business course.
• With at least 1 year of related experience in Construction company or as HR Asst./Admin
• Knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Detailed and result oriented
• Willing to be assigned in San Juan City Metro Manila - Project Site
