Assist in the delivery, pickup, and pull-out of items as scheduled.
Prepare and process all necessary logistics documents, including outslips, delivery receipts, and shipping/transport forms.
Help in the loading and unloading of items, including transfers to/from property and receiving office (PRO).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company delivery vehicles and designated logistics areas.
Ensure regular vehicle checks and report any issues or maintenance needs.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for proper endorsement and documentation of deliveries and returns.
Serve as an alternate warehouse staff member when there are no scheduled deliveries or pull-out activities, or in cases of manpower shortages and/or increased workload due to high-volume tasks or special projects.
Support inventory handling, order picking, packing, and other warehouse-related functions as needed.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics or Warehouse Supervisor in relation to operations.

High school graduate; vocational or technical training in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage.
At least six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant work experience in delivery/logistics/warehouse operations.
Knowledge of basic logistics documents (delivery receipts, outslips, shipping forms).
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items.
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and vehicle handling is a plus.
