WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
As the Head of Product Management for AI & Insights, you lead the strategy and execution for the AI platform, Snowflake deployments, and the observability platform that integrates these technologies. In addition to overseeing product development, you serve as the company's AI thought leader, representing the organization at conferences and other industry events.
Your role ensures the seamless connection of AI capabilities, data infrastructure, and observability tools, driving innovation and optimizing data-driven decision-making across the business.
What You Will Be Responsible For
AI Platform Strategy and Development
- Define the vision and strategy for the AI platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and enhance AI models, tools, and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to scale AI solutions, enabling broader adoption across various business functions.
Snowflake Deployment and Data Integration
- Lead the product development for Snowflake deployment, ensuring seamless integration with the AI platform and observability tools.
- Drive data strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring that Snowflake provides scalable, reliable, and secure data storage and processing.
- Work with data teams to streamline data pipelines, ensuring smooth data flow and accessibility for AI models and insights.
Observability Platform and Integration
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the observability platform, ensuring it effectively links AI capabilities with Snowflake and other systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the platform provides real-time monitoring, tracking, and troubleshooting of AI model performance and data flows.
- Design and implement analytics dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights into system health, model performance, and business KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, data, and business units, to ensure the successful integration and adoption of AI, Snowflake, and observability platforms.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities and roadmaps.
- Gather feedback from internal users and clients to iterate on product features and improve overall platform functionality.
AI Thought Leadership and Company Representation
- Represent the company as an AI thought leader, speaking at conferences and engaging with external industry groups.
- Share knowledge, insights, and company initiatives on AI and data-driven innovation with a broader audience.
- Help position the company as a leader in AI by promoting its vision and capabilities through speaking engagements and content.
Governance, Security, and Compliance
- Ensure that AI, Snowflake, and observability platforms adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Work with legal and security teams to ensure products meet regulatory and industry requirements.
- Monitor and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity, privacy, and security.
What We Value

- Extensive experience with Snowflake deployments and data integration.
