The SENIOR SUPERVISOR - GRAPHICS plays a key leadership role in overseeing the graphic design process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual experiences for slot machine games. The Senior Supervisor will lead advanced creative direction, manage team performance, coordinate complex projects, and drive continuous improvement in design processes. This role also provides mentorship, supports decision-making, and ensures efficient execution of tasks to elevate the team's output and contributes to the success of game development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Graphic Artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
2. Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic assets such as symbols, backgrounds, UI, and animations for slot games.
3. Work closely with art planners and the design team to understand project goals and timelines.
4. Create and manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
5. Set and maintain clear artistic direction and consistent visual style.
6. Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to meet design standards.
7. Collaborate with other departments, including game designers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of graphics with other game elements.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in graphic design and gaming industry, and share knowledge with the team.
9. Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments.
10. Mentor and support team members in developing their skills.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve graphic design processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity and quality standards.
12. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members, recognizing and rewarding achievements.
13. Help identify team needs, assist in hiring, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Art, Graphic Design, or Multimedia- related college degree.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or in a similar leadership role within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating a creative team.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 2D tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Spine, etc.).
• Exceptional graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and the ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
