1. General Ledger:

• Comprehensive review and analysis of GL accounts (Balance sheet and P&L)
• Uphold on a consistent basis the proper matching of cost and revenue
• Prepare monthly journal entries (JV) for non cash transactions
• Review and pass amortization entries for advances & prepayments and similar accounts
• Assist Inventory Team in the preparation of monthly worksheets for raw mats and related inventoriable items
• Manage GL accounts in Odoo and lead reviewer of all transactions in the system
• Coordinate with FAD Team and escalate to Finance Officer related findings & deviations
• Maintenance of subsidiary ledgers and financial schedules and analysis.
• Help in the continuous improvement of recording financial transactions
• Other functions related to GL and Fixed Assets

2. Fixed Asset

• End to end detailed record maintenance of fixed assets both tangible and intangible that includes acquisitions, disposition & asset status.
• Tracking of assets per Store and monitor their condition. Do the periodic & physical counting of assets to ensure existence and condition. Recommend asset disposition, monitor depreciation and fully depreciated assets and it removal from books when necessary.
• Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets, following Sunny's policy on life of asset, proper charging & timing of depreciation and allocation of cost per Store & Dept. Ensure that depreciation per asset and aggregate costs are equal, both balances in GL & schedules.
• Recommend updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets and do regular review
• Coordinate with Finance Office on vat related charges for BIR reporting and report variances
• Prepare fixed assets' lapsing schedule report and corresponding analysis.

• Accountancy Graduate
• 2 to 3 years experience as GL/Fixed Asset Accountant
• Well verse in excel and can analyze large numbers
• Can explain, communicate, think fast and one who loves numbers Familiar with SAP, Odoo and other related Accounting System Departments
