Qualifications:

• College graduate in any Accounting-related program
• Experienced in BIR reporting and handling BIR audits
• Knowledgeable in General Accounting processes
• CPA preferred but Non-CPA considered

Key Responsibilities:

• BIR Reporting & Tax Compliance:
• Prepare 0619-E/1601-EQ – Monthly/Quarterly Remittance Return of Expanded Withholding Tax
• Prepare 2550M/2550Q – Monthly/Quarterly VAT Declaration; 1600VT – Withholding VAT
• Prepare 0619-F/1601-FQ – Monthly/Quarterly Remittance Return of Final Income Taxes Withheld
• Prepare 1702Q/1702RT – Quarterly/Annual Income Tax Return
• Annual BIR reporting of WHT-E and FWT
• Reconcile VAT reports vs Books
• Assist in reconciliation of BIR Audit Findings

Accounting & Audit:

• Prepare monthly FS
• Annual audit preparation and accounting report consolidation
• Liaise with auditors and draft annual audited FS including notes and ITR
• Submit AFS and attachments to BIR and SEC

Other Duties:

• Review royalty computation for payment
• Co-supervise GA Team
