Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1 year of experience required, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing, preparing Financial Statements, performing Reconciliations, managing Accounts Receivable, and generating Financial Reporting. Understanding of regulatory Compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and update accounting records and files. Analyze budgets and create expense reports. Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns. Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., assets, liabilities).
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak financial periods.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, organization skills, commitment to accuracy, strong numerical proficiency, and ethical conduct. Excellent communication abilities and a teamwork mindset.
