Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Chart of accounts and financial report templates.

2. Maintenance and updating of fixed assets record.

3. Guide, train and monitor all accounting personnel on compliance to accounting policies and procedures.

4. Communication and contribution to operations on the interlinking accounting policies and procedures.

5. Manage the Financial Statement Closing Process. Ensure that all transactions are completely recorded and assigned to the right Chart of Accounts and revenue and cost center.

6. Review all reconciling items, accrual, and deferral accounts. Perform FLUX analysis.

7. Record and post necessary adjusting entries.

8. Ensure that all required reports should be properly submitted on time.

- Management Reports (in coordination with the Finance and Accounting Head)

- BIR Reports (in coordination with External Accountant)
