We are hiring a Gardener for a hotel project in Mactan Island, Cebu. The role involves general upkeep of the hotel’s garden areas and exterior surroundings. Ideal for individuals who are physically fit and have experience or interest in landscaping or groundskeeping.

Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan Island, Cebu

Employment Type: Project-Based (2-Month Contract)

• Trim, water, and maintain trees, plants, and landscaped areas
• Clean and organize garden surroundings and outdoor spaces
• Remove weeds, debris, and dead vegetation
• Ensure safe handling and upkeep of gardening tools and materials
• Assist in minor renovations and beautification of outdoor hotel spaces
• Follow safety standards and hotel cleanliness protocols

• At least high school graduate
• Must be physically fit and hardworking
• Experience in gardening or landscaping is an advantage
• Willing to work outdoors and under different weather conditions
• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• 2-month contract only
• Cebu minimum wage + daily allowance (above minimum)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
