• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media
• Create 2D character, environment, and UI animations for games using Spine or similar animation software
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure animations improve UI/UX flow and support player experience
• Prepare and export animation assets optimized for different platforms (mobile, PC, console)
• Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics into trailers, gameplay previews, and ads
• Stay updated on motion design, game animation, and UI/UX trends to keep visuals fresh and engaging
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Game Animator, or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 2D game animations, and UI animation work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Spine Pro)
• Hands-on experience with Spine (character rigging, skeletal animation, export workflows)
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and how animation impacts user experience
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, dev)
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual appeal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing animations in Unity or other game engines
• Familiarity with UI/UX wireframing tools (Figma, XD) for smooth workflow
• Basic understanding of sound design for motion projects
