Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement web applications, primarily using the MERN stack of development.
• Design and develop scalable and efficient back-end and front-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in architectural and technical discussions to foster innovation and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN Stack.
• Knowledge of Backend Frameworks like Laravel is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Strong eye for design with the ability to turn design into code.
• Experience with additional front-end JavaScript frameworks/libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and other database systems.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
