Answering phone calls and emails. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of banquets and events, including setup, food service, and cleanup. They ensure that events run smoothly and meet or exceed guests’ expectations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Should have experience in event planning, food and beverage service, and staff management. A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management being preferred.  Willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
