We are looking for a highly driven Product Development Specialist to lead and support innovation initiatives in the FMCG industry (non-food products). The role involves managing product portfolios, developing new products and processes, and ensuring continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Manage the product portfolio for end-users and industrial customers, in collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Production teams
• Lead the development of new products, processes, and technologies, and enhance existing ones to meet market needs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects, identifying key areas for innovation and improvement
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-making
• Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards
• Keep updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive competitiveness and innovation

• Preferably a graduate of Biology, Food Technology, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in product development and innovation within the FMCG industry (non-food products)
• Flexible, adaptable, and with a growth mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work onsite in Sta. Cruz, Manila
