A Gelato Server is a vital member of our team, serving as the first point of contact for customers. This role requires a strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for our gelato and dessert products. You will be responsible for serving a variety of gelato, sorbet, and other desserts in a clean, efficient, and friendly manner. We value teamwork, professionalism, and ownership of responsibilities.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide helpful recommendations and descriptions of gelato flavors and products.
• Accurately scoop and serve gelato, ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
• Handle transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, utensils, and display cases.
• Restock supplies and products as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning of the workspace.

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
