As a Food Attendant, you’ll be front and center — scooping, chatting, recommending flavors, and making sure everyone who walks into the shop leaves a little bit happier than when they came in. This isn’t just customer service. It’s energy, care, and connection in every scoop.

• Welcome customers with good vibes, great energy, and maybe a few flavor recommendations.
• Scoop gelato like you mean it — neatly, consistently, and with pride.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence (POS pro in no time).
• Keep things tidy: restock, clean, and make sure the shop looks great.
• Know the flavors and talk about them like they’re your favorites (they will be).
• Follow our food safety + hygiene practices — quality and cleanliness matter.
• Help with opening and closing duties — we all pitch in.

• You’re friendly, reliable, and like making people smile.
• You communicate clearly and work well with a team.
• You’re curious — willing to learn about the product, take feedback, and grow.
• You stay calm under pressure (even with a line out the door).
• You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays — that’s when the magic happens.
• You’ve worked in food or retail before (a plus, not a must).
• You’re a high school graduate or equivalent — bonus points for food handling or hospitality experience.
