As we open our new branch in Greenhills, we’re looking for cheerful, reliable, and service-driven individuals to be part of our founding team and help us deliver sweet moments to every guest.

Position Summary:

The Service Crew / Gelato Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving Dolci’s gelato and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and product quality. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a café environment and have a genuine love for desserts and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Prepare, scoop, and serve gelato, coffee, and other menu items according to brand standards.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter, display cases, and dining area at all times.
• Follow food handling, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with FDA standards.
• Refill displays, restock supplies, and support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in tastings, product sampling, and customer engagement to promote menu offerings.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge of Dolci’s products and service approach.

Qualifications:

• At least College level graduate (Hospitality, Tourism, or HRM preferred).
• With at least 6 months of experience in café, dessert shop, or F&B service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and POS transactions.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast learner and willing to undergo training prior to store opening.
• Residing near Greenhills, San Juan, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas is an advantage.
• Passionate about gelato, coffee, and creating a great customer experience.
