JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Officer is responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, budget monitoring, and financial analysis to support management decision-making and ensure the company’s financial stability and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

• Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against actual results.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports and management analysis for decision- making.

2. Cash & Treasury Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity.

• Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requirements.

• Coordinate bank transactions, payments, and reconciliations.

• Ensure timely processing of disbursements and collections.

3. Financial Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and performance reports.

• Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and approval limits.

• Support compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

• Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit findings.

5. Coordination & Stakeholder Support

• Coordinate with Accounting, HR, Operations, and external partners.

• Provide financial data and analysis to management and department heads.

• Support special projects and financial studies as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.

• At least 2–4 years of experience in finance.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
