• Conduct financial needs analysis to understand clients’ goals and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
• Provide personalized financial advice on protection, savings, and retirement planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent service.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets set by the unit.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge on Manulife products, market trends, and financial planning strategies.
• Participate in team trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Preferably with experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-driven, confident, and passionate about helping others.
• Willing to be trained and licensed under Financial Advisor Certification Program.
