We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Supervisor with strong experience in the food and beverage industry. This role will oversee daily accounting operations, manage a team of accounting staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting related to food cost control, inventory, and operational expenses. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee food cost accounting, inventory tracking, and cost of goods
• Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants or accounting assistants.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies in line with industry standards and company goals.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate costing and expense allocation.
• Prepare budget reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits or compliance checks.
• Review and validate supplier payments, inventory variances, and POS-generated reports.
• Analyze profit margins, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong background in food industry accounting (restaurant, food service, or food manufacturing).
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and operational expense control.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Deployment will be at our Head Office in One Corporate Central, Mandaluyong City.
