This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be tasked with overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial advice to support business decisions. The role involves collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance and efficiency.

• Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting
• Experience with Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Auditing
• Skills in Cash Flow Management and Financial Strategy
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using financial software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
