Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage the Rematado branch budget
• Track and reconcile operational expenses and financial transactions
• Generate financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with accounting and branch staff for smooth budget implementation
• Identify budget variances and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting for Rematado operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, or accounting (retail or pawnshop preferred)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Rematado operations in pawnshops
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple branches
