Finance and Accounting Assistant - Responsible in various financial tasks including managing financial information, preparing financial statements, data analysis and supervising accounting processes such as accounts payables, journal entries, and monthly closure of accounts.

• Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Analyze, Evaluates financial data and manage the entire financial strategy of the organizations.
• Ensures all financial transactions and reports comply with the systems and financial obligations and standards.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and implementing audit findings to improve financial processes.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting systems or software to ensure seamless financial operations.

Management report

• Provide relevant reports to the management pertaining to financial analysis, status and conditions.
• On-time and accurate submission of weekly or monthly reports.

1. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or any related field. Being a CPA is an advantage.
2. With at least three years valuable experience as a general accountant.
3. With strong foundation in financial management and reporting.
4. Able to build constructive relationship with internal and external parties.
5. With strong attention to details meticulous, organize and precise.
6. Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
