Executive Assistant


Salary Range: $865.00 to $1,211.00 per month

Join a fast-growing furniture and design company, supporting high-level sales and operations efforts in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Work closely with company leadership to keep deals moving, systems running, and client communication professional and prompt.


What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage CRM workflows (starting in Excel, with plans to transition to Monday.com or similar).
  • Organize sales leads, set reminders, and track project status.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email and vendors to follow up on quotes, specs, and deadlines.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain weekly sales priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the owner, clients, and internal teams like estimating and project management.
  • Support outreach efforts in target industries like hospitality and healthcare.
  • Follow up after client meetings to log notes, update CRM, and keep engagement active.
  • Monitor sales workflow and proactively push projects forward.

  • Organized: Capable of managing extensive sales pipelines and client communication with structure and follow-up.
  • Proactive: Must actively prompt leadership and drive workflow without waiting for direction.
  • Energetic & Fast-Paced: Able to match the owner’s high-energy work style and keep up in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong English & Communication: Must speak clear, fluent English with minimal accent; professional email writing is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning to use Google Sheets, CRMs, and productivity tools like Monday.com.
  • Committed & Invested: Seeking someone ready to take ownership of this role, grow with it, and be an indispensable part of the sales process.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.

  • Schedule: Mon – Thu 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST; Fri 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
  • Employment Type: Full-time
