About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Stylist to join our dynamic team at The Moment Group. As an Event Stylist, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and memorable event experiences for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Manila, Quezon City.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each event.
• Develop creative design concepts, themes, and mood boards to bring the client’s vision to life.
• Source and procure event décor, props, and materials while staying within budget.
• Oversee the setup and styling of event spaces to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing design.
• Lead and manage a team of assistants to execute event setups efficiently.
• Adapt and respond quickly to on-site changes or challenges during events.
• Provide post-event feedback and recommendations to improve future executions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and current event styling trends.
• Excellent creative problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in event styling and design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating unique, visually captivating experiences.
