Job description:

• Prepare and organize onboarding documents
• Assist with new employee orientation and contract signing
• Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related updates
• Help employees with benefit concerns (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Ensure timely and proper delivery of documents
• Receive employee concerns and refer them to the appropriate department
• Help with planning and organizing employee activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course
• With experience as Emlployee Relations or Human Resources Generalist
• Male or Female may apply
• Preferably residing in Metro Manila
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
• Amenable for occasional field work as necessary
