The ER Supervisor advises the HR Manager and employees on labor and employee relation matters, including grievances and arbitration procedures, performance issues and disciplinary actions; advises and assists HR Manager in identifying employee relations issues and determining appropriate course of action. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Human Resource or any related courses
• Solid experience in labor relations preferably in a manufacturing company with a labor union representation
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving complex employee relations issues
• Demonstrate commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality in all employee relations matters
• Willing to work onsite (Binan)
