This position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong technical understanding, and the ability to balance accuracy with speed. You’ll prepare quotes, review site details, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and contractors — powering the future, one installation at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors performing EV charger installations
• Prepare quotes for complex installations (not handled by automated software) within 1 business day
• Review property survey submissions and provide competitive quotes for installation
• Recommend the most suitable EV chargers from the company inventory based on customer needs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for completed services within 2 business days
• Resolve technical or hardware issues escalated by the team

Requirements

• Experience with EV chargers (preferred)
• Knowledge of Australian Electrical Regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to turnaround times
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and hardware issues
