We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Technician to support our engineering team in the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of systems, equipment, and processes. The Engineering Technician will assist engineers by conducting technical tests, collecting data, preparing reports, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

This role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining equipment or systems.
• Conduct experiments, record data, and prepare technical reports.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain tools, machines, and testing equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Draft and update technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and production processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and other departments to support project goals.
• Monitor performance of prototypes, systems, or processes and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Technician or in a similar technical role (manufacturing, construction, R&D, or maintenance).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. preferred).
• Knowledge of testing equipment, calibration, and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
