The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and equipment. This role involves applying principles of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable electrical infrastructure and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to adhering to industry codes and standards. 

Education:  

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited university is required. 

Experience:  

• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, preferably in either of the following power generation, building services, manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, electronics design. 
• Proven experience in electrical system design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 

Skills  

• Technical Skills:  
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, Dialux, EPLAN, Revit MEP). 
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, circuit theory, control systems, and electronics. 
• Ability to design and analyze power distribution systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, panels). 
• Familiarity with motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and induction motors. 
• Understanding of instrumentation and measurement principles. 
• Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work. 
• Ability to interpret and prepare single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• May require on-call availability or working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, especially for project deadlines or emergency repairs. 

Preferred Qualifications (Optional): 

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license in the Philippines is highly preferred or required for senior roles. 
• Experience with specific auxiliary systems (e.g., FDAS, CCTV, BMS). 
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation. 
• Experience with project management methodologies.
