Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior / Manager for Electronic Engineering to lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers focused on Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) development. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop electrical and mechanical design engineers
• Manage design activities for Switch Mode Power Supply products
• Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
• Create project schedules and review engineering test plans and deliverables
• Support RFQ activities and explore new technologies
• Implement company design standards and processes
• Ensure design quality, cost effectiveness, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and local engineering universities
• Work across multiple industries to deliver engineering solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Solid experience in the power supply industry
• Experience as a Design Manager or Team Lead
• Proven experience leading a team of design engineers
• Strong technical background in switching power supply design
• Knowledge of power supply topologies and component characteristics
• Ability to perform circuit design, analysis, and failure analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
