Join D' Hoover Residences Development Corporation as a Pollution Control Officer based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to monitor, control, and mitigate pollution levels within the company's residential and commercial developments.

What you'll be doing

• Knowledgeable with Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) requirement
• Environmental Compliance Certificate / Certificate of Non-Coverage
• Wastewater Discharge Permit
• Hazardous Waste Generator ID
• Pollution Control Officer Accreditation Certificate DENR Accredited
• Transport, Storage and Disposal Certificate
• Continuously monitor air, water, and soil quality within the company's properties to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Investigate and address any instances of pollution or environmental breaches, taking corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with the company's engineering and construction teams to design and implement pollution control systems and technologies
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the company's environmental performance to regulatory authorities
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on environmental best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Advise the company's management on strategic environmental initiatives and investments

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pollution Control Officer or in a similar environmental management role
• Thorough understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of successfully implementing pollution control and monitoring systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex environmental issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of environmental performance within the company
