Role Description

We're looking for an Early Childhood Educator who's ready to break free from the traditional and dive into something more inspiring. This full-time, on-site role in Kawit invites a teacher who thrives on creativity, embraces change, and isn't afraid to take risks in the name of meaningful learning.

You'll design immersive, nature-based learning experiences that engage all the senses - from messy art and open-ended play to outdoor adventures that inspire curiosity and wonder. You'll guide children as co-explorers, nurture their emotional and social growth, and create a warm, inclusive community where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to learn in their own way.

Collaboration and communication with families are essential parts of the journey, as we believe in building authentic connections between home, school, and nature.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for children, nature, and creative exploration

• Courage to challenge traditional approaches and embrace curiosity-led learning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you thrive in a community of learners

• Ability to design playful, hands-on, and inquiry-based experiences

• Adaptability, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn alongside children

• Relevant certification or degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field)

• Experience in early childhood settings is a plus - but an adventurous, growth mindset matters most
