• Chat Sales Conversion Strategist (Onsite | Project-Based)
• Full-time | Onsite (Naga Rd. Las Pinas) | 3-month Project-Based Contract
• Do you know how to turn chat conversations into actual orders?
• We’re looking for someone who understands how to get customers to submit their full name, phone number, and address — and close the sale through messaging.
• You’ll work onsite with our team to improve our current chat scripts, follow-up strategies, and conversion flow, focusing on Messenger, Viber, or CRM-based chats.

 Your Role:

 Analyze current chat performance and spot weak points

•  Write persuasive chat messages that lead to full order submissions
•  Improve follow-ups for leads who don’t reply or haven’t ordered yet
•  Collaborate with sales agents to train them on conversion-focused messaging
•  Track weekly improvements in chat-to-order performance

 What You'll Be Measured On:

• % of chats that convert to full order submissions
• Increase in chat-to-order conversion rate
• Follow-up recovery rate
• Agent improvement based on new scripts

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, chat support, or sales via messaging
• Knows how to craft short, clear, and persuasive responses
• Understands Filipino buyer behavior on Messenger or Viber
• Organized and goal-oriented — can hit weekly conversion targets
• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like Pancake, Botcake, or Meta Inbox

Compensation:

₱22,000 – ₱35,000/month (Performance-based bonus available)
